Boat Cover Repair Kit
A practical kit for repairing and reinforcing boat covers, sails, tents and other durable textiles. The kit contains two spools of Gütermann Outdoor 40, one white and one black, as well as a set of five heavy-duty craft needles from Prym.
Gütermann Outdoor 40 is an extra-strong sewing thread developed for materials exposed to sun, rain, wind and salt water. The thread is UV-resistant, colourfast and abrasion-resistant, making it well suited for outdoor projects where the seams need to withstand a lot of wear. It can be sewn with a regular household sewing machine and is also suitable for hand sewing.
The needle set includes a 55 mm sail and tent needle, which is particularly useful when repairing heavier materials by hand. The other needles provide additional options for different types of repairs.
